Here are just a few key findings from their research:
- Tweets that are shorter than 100 characters will have 17% higher engagement.
- Facebook posts with 40 characters will reach more people and engage more users.
- Blog posts should be around 1,600 words per post.
- Emails with 28-39 characters on their subject lines receive 12% more open rate.
